Mission
To promote the relationship and integration of the State Executive Branch with authorities and organizations from foreign countries, attracting foreign investment and companies, stimulating exchange and competitive intelligence, in order to generate new business, wealth and quality of life for Santa Catarina.

To outline strategic projects based on internationalization to reinvent the State's economic model in the face of the technological, sociopolitical and global economic challenges that the State of Santa Catarina faces.
