Personal Data Protection
Our institution is adapting, together with other bodies and entities of the Executive Branch of the State of Santa Catarina, to Federal Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018 - General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and Decree No. 1,184, of March 1, 2021, regarding mechanisms for processing and protecting personal data.
To address the issue at the state level, the Data Protection Management Committee (CGPD) was established, created by Decree No. 844, of September 18, 2020 and responsible for evaluating the mechanisms for processing and protecting personal data. Service for Data Subjects
The General Data Protection Law indicates in its article 18 which rights the data subject has and which can be exercised by requesting the personal data controller.
To make a request, you must be registered on the GOV.BR platform and fill out the online digital form. All mandatory fields on the form must be filled out for the request to be completed.

Data Protection Officer
The person responsible for processing personal data will act as a communication channel between the controller, the data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
